Mint Green Ice Tea Recipe
Mint iced teas is one of the best coolants you can have this summer. This amazing brew is sure to aid in digestion, whilst adding a breath of freshness to your monotonous tea. Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp Teafloor mint green tea
- ¼ Cup Sliced ginger
- ½ Cup Honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions

Take a few ginger slices and add it to the water, let it infuse for a minute and put it on low heat

Boil the water for a few minutes to make sure that the flavors of ginger is properly infused.

Once the water has come to boil, remove the water from heat and add the mint leaves and the Teafloor mint green tea to it.

Next up cover the pot and let the mixture steep for 5 to 10 minutes.

Once steeped, strain the mixture and add in the honey as well as the lemon juice; stir well.

When the mixture reaches room temperature, transfer it to a glass pitcher, to which you have already added ice to instantly cool down the concoction.

If you have time, keep the pitcher in the refrigerator and allow it to cool down even further.
