After boiling remove the pan from heat; add mint leaves and green tea. Cover the pot and let the brew steep for about 15 minutes after which strain the brew and mix in the honey and juice of 1 lemon. Be sure to transfer this delicious mix in a pitcher and refrigerate before serving. Let this mixture steep for 5 minutes and strain the brew. With notes of citrus, it balances the flavor of green tea.
