If we go back in time, people used to work very hard for a healthy living. There was more of physical labour and less comforts in the name of luxury. From walking long distances to doing a lot of physical work, people did all sorts of things and that helped them to stay healthy. However, in the last few decades, our lives have become so luxurious that we hardly believe in troubling our body. We no longer walk miles to meet our friends. All we do is take a seat on our vehicle and cover the long distance. The role of cool breeze and good weather has now been replaced by our comforting air conditioners and the list of such luxuries is never ending.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If we give a deep thought to this scenario, it\u2019s an unquestionable fact that there is a dire need for us to do something for our bodies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When we talk about staying fit, the first thing that comes to our mind is the need for physical exercise. It\u2019s true that even though we have all sorts of comforts in the form of luxury, staying fit has not gone out of fashion.
