Dry Leaf
This tea shows the character of full bodied black leaf of the 2nd flush teas. Loose notes of coriander seed, garden flowers, and nuts.
Infusion
These second flush tea leaves have a dark copper colour with a vegetal and fresh aroma.
Liquor
The liquor is smooth, sweet, and pleasantly hoppy in parts. The aftertaste, however, is a tad nutty.
Steeping Notes
Hand crafted special Tea and Teaware
- Hot
Take 1 tsp of tea leaves and place them in a teapot.
Add 180ml of boiling water at 95°-100° Celsius.
Let the tea infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the brew into mugs and serve hot.
