In a small saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add lavender tea to the boiling water, simmer for a few minutes, and then turn the gas off.
Let the tea brew in the saucepan for about 4-5 minutes.
Strain the tea into 2 cups, filling them only halfway.
In the same saucepan (rinsed), heat the milk with honey, vanilla and purple food colouring until it begins to simmer.
Remove the saucepan from heat. Either put the milk in a blender or use a hand blender to turn the milk foamy.
Pour milk into the two cups, holding the foam back with a spoon.
Scoop the foam with the help of a spoon on top of the tea, completing your latte.
Finally, sprinkle some dried lavender as garnish.
Your lavender tea latte is ready to be served hot.
