Iced Rose Green Tea
Summer is the season of roses. Roses not only smell good and look beautiful, but they have many antioxidant properties which will aid your overall health. Ingredients
- 1 Litre Water
- 2 Tbsp Teafloor rose green tea
- 1 Cup Sugar or honey As per preference
- ½ Cup Rose petals
- 1 tsp Lemon juice

Boil some water in a pan and keep it aside. Let the water cool down a little bit before adding the rose petals to it.

You could leave this mix overnight for the water to infuse with the scent of roses, but if you are short on time, then one hour also works.

Next up strain this water into a pitcher and stir in the sugar. If you happen to be health conscious then you can easily swap the sugar with honey or other artificial sweeteners.

Now take about two cups of plain water and bring to boil, to this add your favorite rose, green tea from Teafloor and remove the water from the heat.

Let the mixture steep for about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the astringency you desire and strain the brew.

Let the tea refrigerate for a few hours, and serve it on the rocks. Garnish with a few rose petals.
