- 7 Slices Fresh Ginger
- 5 Teaspoons Green tea
- 1/2 Cup Sugar

The first thing which needs to be done, is the slicing of the lemongrass. So clean the stalk and cut it into 2-inch lengths and crush it with a large knife. Boil around 4 cups of water, put it on the boil and add ginger, lemongrass, and sugar to it.

Let the mixture boil properly before removing it from the heat. Next up, steep the tea for about 5 minutes, if you want a stronger flavor, allow the leaves to remain in for around 15 to 20 minutes. If you like your tea mild, then strain the mixture after 5 to 8 minutes.
