Our expert tea tasters procure tea directly from select estates in Darjeeling and other parts in India, which is immediately sealed using a superior vacuum packaging method. Thus, we deliver the freshest of Indian teas from various estates. And so, you can choose your tea by garden, type, flavour and season of produce. We also manufacture high quality Green Tea bags, Tins & Boxes in both regular and flavoured variants.

Our teas are sourced directly from gardens such as Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri or Nepal. In case you have a query about a specific tea, or its source, get in touch with us at [email protected] and we’ll resolve your query as well as give you some more detailed information.

Black, green, oolong, and white teas, all contain various levels of caffeine. Tea is a natural crop, so it is difficult to determine exact caffeine levels, and we, therefore, cannot provide definitive figures. The table below lists the average levels of caffeine that can be found in different teas.

No. We do not decaffeinate any of our teas, here at Teafloor. The decaffeination process involves a lot of chemicals that can affect the flavour and quality of the tea, which is why we do not have decaffeinated tea as part of our range.

Compounds naturally present in tea called poly phenols, function as antioxidants, which provide it with a whole lot of health benefits.

To ensure that your tea stays as vibrant and delicious, as when you took that first sip, we recommend storing it in an airtight tin or dark glass jar away from direct sunlight.

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave on the next business day.

We take the quality of our products very seriously, and respond to all quality issues with the full attention. If you have purchased a product and it is faulty or contaminated in any way, please send an email to [email protected] and include the name of the product along with a picture of the same. Our quality team will use this information to investigate further and ensure we resolve the issue in the best possible way for you.

Unfortunately we cannot back order any items that are out of stock, but it is always best to email [email protected] and, while we can’t guarantee the stock will be available, we will do our best to source the product from in-store or our warehouse if it is available.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and an order number. If you created an account, you will be able to track your order. You can change the address of your order by sending us an email at [email protected] and we'll do it right away.

Be sure to change your address before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse because it wouldn't be possible for us to change the address once it has been dispatched.

Orders on Teafloor must be canceled before the tea has been dispatched from our warehouse. Unfortunately, once the tea has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order.

No. You can make the purchase using the Guest Account option. All you need is a valid e-mail id, so that we can mail your order details. But we highly recommend that you get one because you'll be able to check out faster the next time, see personalized recommendations and receive notifications from us about our deals and offers.
