3. These are First Flush Black teas from an organic tea estate in Darjeeling.
4. Only the top bud and two leaves are used which is termed as ‘Premium Pluck’ Whole Leaf teas release their extracts slowly.
5. Therefore, these teas are meant to be used two times.
6. Also, Whole Leaf teas require large space to unfurl.

Take 1 tsp of tea leaves and place them in a teapot.
Add 180ml of boiling water at 70°-75° Celsius.
Let the tea infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Strain the brew into mugs and serve hot.
