Dry Leaf
Predominantly nutty with hints of herbs and green cut grass. Tightly rolled, short even dark leaves with odd stems and light green cut open leaves.
Infusion
Sweet, soft notes of cooked vegetables, wet forest floor and waxy white flowers. Short, dark green leaves.
Liquor
The liquor starts out clean and brisk. Gradually, notes of toasted grains grow into prominence and define the profile of the cup. These flavours flow throughout with subtle sweet notes around the edges adding more depth to the liquor.
Steeping Notes
Hand crafted special Tea and Teaware
- Hot
Take 1 tsp of tea leaves and place them in a teapot.
Add 180ml of boiling water at 95°-100° Celsius.
Let the tea infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the brew into mugs and serve hot.
