Hand crafted special Tea and Teaware
Dry Leaf
Medium sized mix of dark and light green leaves with several silver tips. Sweet and grassy.
Infusion
Mix of dark olive leaves, with the freshness of the valleys and the aroma of freshly cooked vegetables.
Liquor
Marked by undertones of roasted vegetables, fresh legumes, young bark and soft raw fruit. The liquor is light-bodied, clean and has a slightly astringent feel right from the start. A soft nutty flavour can be picked up in the aftertaste.
Steeping Notes
Hand crafted special Tea and Teaware
- Hot
Take 1 tsp of tea leaves and place them in a teapot.
Add 180ml of boiling water at 95°-100° Celsius.
Let the tea infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the brew into mugs and serve hot.
